广西生产性服务业影响因素分析与发展对策研究

学习先进技术，提高服务质量及效率。加大对信息技术与计算机、科研等行业的科技投入，例如推进传统物流业与新型物流业的重组，不断引进先进技术，通过加快发展海运、服务外包和综合物流等方式来促进信息技术服务业的发展，最终形成现代化物流体系。

（七）因地制宜，协调各地区发展

并非每个地区都需要将工业化、城市化、国际化、市场化发展到完美，有些地区深处内陆，有些地区邻近海域或者与外邦接壤，资源禀赋不同。应该充分依据自身优势，发展优势产业。上文中四个指标对南宁、柳州的影响皆比较大，可以继续加大这些指标的发展，而贵港、贺州、河池、来宾四市生产性服务业受到的其他因素的影响较小，就需要继续挖掘其他促进该地区发展的因素，进而找到突破口加快速度发展。

依照广西经济发展的区域特征，在不同产业带优先发展不同的生产性服务业，因地制宜，比如，南宁可发展会展业，北部湾经济区重点发展海运、港务代理、服务外包、第三方物流等可以充分发挥率先发展区地理优势的产业，西江经济带则重点发展物流和工业园区服务业以担当东部产业转移承接地，而桂西资源富集区重点发展科技、信息等生产性服务业从而促进下游产业链的开发。

Abstract： Guangxi producer services has weaken foundation and not perfect Industrial structure.To find out the solution of producer services development， first，this article used Guangxi input-output tables in 2007 with input-output method to defined IT， finance， transportation and warehousing，housing， leasing and business services， scientific and technical services and geological prospecting as Guangxi producer services，then used 14 cities’ panel datas in 2006-2012 to analysis the relationship of urbanization， globalization， Market， industrialization and producer services development. The results showed that urbanization was the most important influencing fact of producer services development. Finally， this article put forward countermeasures.
