教育资源较为匮乏。因此，对于政府的财政预算支出，应进行一定的倾斜，加大对西部地区的生活设施建设和基本服务的投资，同时给予一定的金融政策支持，给西部地区中小企业提供更大更适宜的生存空间，降低企业风险。
（四）改善区域人才供给不均，实现空间人才分布均衡
山东省各区域经济发展不均衡，也反映出其人才结构不够优化等弊端，各区域的人才结构分别存在显著偏离现象。对于区域经济发展程度较高的地区而言，人力资本供给相对充足，而对于区域经济发展程度较弱的地区而言，人才配置效率相对低下。因此，应充分重视全省的人力资本总空间结构的均衡配置，加快人力资本人才结构和存量与区域经济发展需求相吻合，发挥其对区域经济发展的正向作用。

Regional economic research based on spatial analysis
—Taking Shandong Province as an example

Abstract：Taking the per capita gross domestic product（GDP） of 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province as the data，the regional economy of each city in Shandong Province was absolutely described，statistical analysis and spatial econometric analysis by spatial measurement software ArcGIS.Using Stata software，the per capita GDP of 17 prefectures and cities is taken as the explained variable，and the factors affecting economic development are analyzed from five aspects：fixed asset investment，total import and export，actual utilization of foreign capital，total retail sales of social consumer goods and fiscal expenditure of local governments，and the economic development level and economic development differences among different prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province are analyzed.
